One World Flutes, has a very strict Return Policy. Please follow these GuideLines to avoid any undesirable situation.

Flute Returns are accepted, on a case by case basis.
Save the Shipping Box, Packaging Materials, Plastic Pipe etc. In case you have the Return the Flute.
You will have 7 days AFTER you receive the Flute, to decide if you want to keep it or return it.
If you wish to Return it, you must let us know latest by Day 8 by, EMail to kirti@oneworldflutes.com
And inform us, the reason for your Return, to avoid any undesirable situation.

Before One World Flutes, Authorizes the Return - Exchange.
1. You as a Customer, must Read, Understand and Follow the GuideLines noted below.
2. You are Required to send a EMail to kirti@oneworldflutes.com stating that you have Read, Understood + will Follow the GuideLines.

Flutes Return GuideLines.
Flutes are Returnable Only if ......

1. The Bindings have not been removed, changed or modified.
2. The Flute has not been altered or modified.
3. It is in the same condition that you received it.
4. It MUST be Shipped, within 3 business days, from the day we agree on the Return.
5. You MUST provide us with the Shipping Information, within 24 Hours of Shipping the Package.
6. You MUST take a Photo or Scan the Receipt and EMail it to kirti@oneworldflutes.com within 24 Hours, after you ship the Return Flute.
7. The Return Shipment Receipt MUST be kept with you for at least 90 Days.
8. It is shipped back Insured for $ Cost of the Flute + Shipping + Tracking  + Insurance.
9. DoNot Buy any Special Handling, Fragile Handling Services etc.
10. Shipping + Insurance Cost will be Paid by the Customer for the Return Flute.
11. Shipping + Insurance Cost will be Paid by the Customer for the Exchange Flute.
12. It must be Packed in the same or similar box that we sent it to you.
13. If it came with a Free Flute Case. You MUST send the Flute inside that Flute Case.
14. If it came with a Protective Plastic Pipe. You MUST send the Flute inside that Plastic Pipe.
15. One World Flutes, will issue a Refund, Exchange ONLY after the Flute is received Un-Damaged and in Original Condition.
16. You, as a Customer are still responsible for the Returned Flute, till it is delivered to our Address. In a UnDamaged condition.
17. If the Flute is damaged, on the return journey. You, the Customer will be responsible to file the claim with USPS, FedEx, UPS.

If any of the Conditions above are NOT met, the Refund - Exchange will NOT be Honored.

Once the returned Flute is received, we will check it and either Refund the Money you paid for the Flute ONLY or send you a 1 Time Exchange.

Any Flute that has Free Shipping, the Free Shipping + Insurance applies to the Original Order.
If there is a Return / Exchange, [ Shipping + Insurance + Tracking ] will be Paid by Customer.
Returns / Exchanges will incur a 25% ReStocking Charge.
For Returns .... [ Shipping + Insurance + Tracking ] will be Paid by Customer. Plus, the Original Cost of [ Shipping + Insurance + Tracking ] will be deducted from the Refund Amount.
For Exchanges .... Return [ Shipping + Insurance + Tracking ] will be Paid by Customer. Plus, the [ Shippng + Insurance + Tracking ] Cost of the Exchange Flute will be Paid by Customer.
