By Placing a Order + Paying, you as a Customer Agree to the Following Terms + Condition of Sale.

Bansuri + Carnatic Flutes, are very delicate Instruments. They are NOT Tolerant to Cold Frigid Tempratures. Any thing below 72 Degrees F. is considered Cold Temperatures.

1. Once the Order is Received + Paid. One World Flutes, will Ship the Order within 2 Business Days, not counting the Day the Order is Placed + Paid.
2. A Tracking Number will be EMailed to you on the same EMail Address, as you entered in the One World Flutes Shipping Address Page.
3. One World Flutes, will Ship the Order to the Address that is provided on the Shipping Address Page. Regardless of the Shipping Address in your PayPal Account.
4. Orders Shipped outside the USA. In the Destination Country.
    Customer is Responsible for Customs Duties, VAT, Taxes, GST, Fees, all Expenses involved with Receiving the Order Package.
5. Orders Shipped outside the USA. No Refunds, for the [ Order + Shipping Cost ] will be processed .....
    If the Customer Refuses / Does Not Accept the Order Package for any Reasons.
    If the Customer Fails to PickUp or Accept the Order Package from the destination facility. Example Post Office, Courier Facility.
    If for any reason the Package is Returned back to One World Flutes. Fort Worth, Texas. USA. Example : Non Payment of Customs Duties, VAT, Taxes, GST, Fees.
6. If Damage or Loss occurs in Transit. The Customer will need to Contact the Shipping Company ..... USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL etc. And File the Claim.
7. One World Flutes, will not be responsible for any delays by the Shipping Companies, regardless of the Reason.
8. No Returns, Exchanges, Refunds on Flutes that Crack, Break or get Damaged while in posession of the Customer. No Exceptions.
9. No Returns, Exchanges, Refunds on Flutes that Crack, Break or get Damaged while Playing. No Exceptions.
10. No Returns, Exchanges, Refunds on Flutes that Crack, Break or get Damaged while lying around after Playing. No Exceptions.
11. During Time - Frames, when One World Flutes is Closed, for a Week or Longer. We will Ship the Order within 7 Business Days after we Re-Open.
12. By Paying for the Order, you as a Customer Agree to the Return Policy.
